This policy exists to: Set clear behavioural, ethical, and legal expectations. Protect the integrity, safety, and intellectual property of all communities. Ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws. Support a professional, inclusive, and collaborative environment. Participation in any AI Auto Tech Ltd community signifies acceptance of this policy. 2. Membership Eligibility and Obligations Members agree to: Provide accurate and truthful registration information. Comply with all applicable laws, including intellectual property and data protection regulations. Uphold the mission, values, and professional standards of AI Auto Tech Ltd. AI Auto Tech Ltd may approve, deny, or revoke membership at its discretion to protect community integrity. 3. 3. Continues: Disrupting community activities or collaborative spaces. Misrepresenting identity, credentials, or affiliations. Any behaviour that undermines safety, trust, or wellbeing. Expected behaviours include: Constructive and respectful engagement. Ethical, accurate, and original contributions. Respect for cultural, personal, and professional diversity. Support for collaborative learning and development. 4. Collaboration Standards To maintain a productive and compliant environment: All contributions must be original or properly licensed. Members must credit collaborators and sources appropriately. Feedback should be constructive and respectful. Agreed timelines and responsibilities must be honoured. Shared resources and information must not be misused or redistributed without permission. 5. Intellectual Property Rights Members retain ownership of their original content. By contributing, members grant AI Auto Tech Ltd a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to display, reproduce, distribute, and promote their contributions within the AI Auto Tech Ltd ecosystem. Members must not upload copyrighted or proprietary materials without permission. Plagiarism or misuse of intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. 6. Privacy, Confidentiality, and Data Handling Members agree to: Keep private conversations, personal data, and confidential project information within the community. Handle sensitive information responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. Acknowledge that AI Auto Tech Ltd processes personal data in line with its published Privacy Policy and legal obligations. 7. Security and Platform Integrity Members must: Protect their account credentials. Avoid sharing malicious links or harmful files. Report vulnerabilities, suspicious activity, or policy violations. Refrain from bypassing security measures or accessing unauthorised areas. 8. Membership Levels and Roles Where applicable, AI Auto Tech Ltd may offer different membership tiers, such as: General Members – access to standard community spaces. Premium or Enrolled Learners – access to exclusive content and tools. Contributors/Moderators – additional responsibilities such as content review or community support.

9. Enforcement, Compliance, and Legal Responsibility AI Auto Tech Ltd may take action in response to policy violations, including: Formal warnings Temporary suspension Permanent removal Revocation of collaboration or platform access Reporting unlawful activity to relevant authorities Additional compliance terms: All communities operate in alignment with the EU GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018). Members are fully responsible and legally liable for any breach of this policy arising from their actions or omissions. AI Auto Tech Ltd may take any necessary steps to maintain a safe, lawful, and compliant environment. 10. Disclaimer AI Auto Tech Ltd provides community platforms and resources on an “as available” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or accuracy of member‑generated content. AI Auto Tech Ltd is not liable for the actions or content of individual members. Members are responsible for ensuring their contributions comply with applicable laws and this policy. Nothing in this policy limits AI Auto Tech Ltd’s rights under applicable law. 11. Policy Amendments AI Auto Tech Ltd may update this policy at any time to reflect legal requirements, organisational changes, or community needs. Members will be notified of significant updates. Continued participation indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
