AI AUTO‑TECH LTD AFFILIATE POLICY

1. Introduction     
The AI Auto‑Tech Affiliate Programme (“the Programme”) is designed to reward individuals and organisations who actively promote our products, courses, and digital resources. By joining the Programme, affiliates agree to the terms outlined in this policy to ensure fairness, transparency, and consistent brand representation.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To participate, affiliates must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Operate a legitimate online presence (social media, website, email list, community, etc.).

• Promote AI Auto‑Tech products ethically and in alignment with our brand values.

• Not engage in misleading, harmful, or deceptive marketing practices.

• Not use AI Auto‑Tech branding in a way that implies employment or official partnership beyond the affiliate relationship.

AI Auto‑Tech Ltd reserves the right to approve or decline any application.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn:

• 20% commission on every successful purchase made using their unique affiliate link or code.

• Customers who use an affiliate code receive a 10% discount on their purchase.

Commission Notes:

• Commissions are calculated on the net sales amount (after discounts, refunds, and chargebacks).

• Commission applies to all eligible products, unless otherwise stated during promotions.

• Commission rates may be updated, but affiliates will be notified in advance.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are made monthly. (New Update: Payment frequency is now flexi, you will be paid your accrued as at when due. Besides, you can now monitor your page on the app and see everyone that has used your referral code to purchase and monitor your commission. Your commission is separated and collected before reaching us on your app page)

• Minimum payout threshold: £50 (New Update: Rate is now flexi, you will be paid your accrued and monitor it on your app page).

• Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal (affiliates must provide accurate details).

• If fraudulent activity is detected, commissions may be withheld pending investigation.

5. Affiliate Links & Codes
Affiliates will receive:

• A unique affiliate link

• A unique discount code for their audience

Affiliates must:

• Use only the links and codes assigned to them.

• Not modify, shorten, or mask links in a way that hides tracking parameters.

• Ensure links are functional and used in approved marketing channels.

6. Marketing & Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates may promote AI Auto‑Tech products through:

• Social media posts

• Email newsletters

• Blogs, websites, and YouTube channels

• Webinars, workshops, and community groups

Affiliates must not:

• Make false claims about earnings, results, or product capabilities.

• Use paid ads targeting AI Auto‑Tech brand keywords without written permission.

• Spam or send unsolicited messages.

• Misrepresent themselves as employees or official partners of AI Auto‑Tech Ltd.

• Use offensive, discriminatory, or unethical marketing tactics.

Required Disclosure:
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with AI Auto‑Tech in all promotions. Example: “As an AI Auto‑Tech affiliate, I may earn a commission when you purchase through my link.”
7. Brand & Content Usage
Affiliates may use:

• Approved product descriptions

• Marketing assets provided by AI Auto‑Tech

• Their own original content

Affiliates may not:

• Alter AI Auto‑Tech logos or trademarks

• Create their own versions of AI Auto‑Tech manuals, courses, or proprietary content

• Claim ownership of AI Auto‑Tech intellectual property

8. Refunds & Chargebacks
If a customer requests a refund:

• The commission for that sale will be reversed.

• If the commission has already been paid, it will be deducted from the next payout.

9. Termination of Affiliate Status
AI Auto‑Tech Ltd may suspend or terminate an affiliate account if:

• The affiliate violates this policy

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

• The affiliate damages the brand reputation

• The affiliate remains inactive for 6 months

Affiliates may also request voluntary termination at any time.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
Affiliates must:

• Comply with GDPR and all applicable data protection laws

• Not collect customer data on behalf of AI Auto‑Tech

• Not share or misuse affiliate dashboard information

AI Auto‑Tech will never share affiliate personal data with third parties except for payment processing and legal compliance.
11. Policy Updates
AI Auto‑Tech Ltd reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By joining the AI Auto‑Tech Affiliate Programme, affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
 
AI AUTO‑TECH LTD – AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between AI Auto‑Tech Ltd (“Company”) and the undersigned affiliate (“Affiliate”). By joining the AI Auto‑Tech Affiliate Programme, the Affiliate agrees to the terms below.
1. Appointment
The Company authorises the Affiliate to promote and refer customers to AI Auto‑Tech products using the unique affiliate link and discount code provided. This Agreement does not create employment, partnership, or agency.
2. Commission & Discounts

• The Affiliate will earn 20% commission on every eligible sale made through their unique link or code.

• Customers referred by the Affiliate will receive a 10% discount on their purchase.

• Commissions are calculated on net sales (after discounts, refunds, and chargebacks).

• Commission rates may be updated with prior notice.

3. Payments

• Commissions are paid monthly once the Affiliate reaches a minimum balance of £50.

• Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal.

• The Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payment details.

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity may result in withheld or reversed payments.

4. Marketing & Conduct
The Affiliate agrees to:

• Promote AI Auto‑Tech products truthfully and ethically.

• Avoid misleading claims, spam, or deceptive marketing.

• Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in all promotions.

• Not run paid ads targeting AI Auto‑Tech brand terms without written approval.

• Not impersonate the Company or misrepresent the relationship.

The Company may provide approved marketing materials for use.
5. Intellectual Property
The Affiliate may use Company‑approved logos, descriptions, and promotional assets. The Affiliate may not:

• Alter Company trademarks

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute proprietary course content

• Create derivative versions of AI Auto‑Tech products

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of AI Auto‑Tech Ltd.
6. Refunds & Chargebacks
If a customer requests a refund or a chargeback occurs, the associated commission will be reversed. If already paid, it will be deducted from future payouts.
7. Term & Termination
This Agreement remains active until terminated by either party. The Company may suspend or terminate the Affiliate for:

• Policy violations

• Fraudulent activity

• Brand‑damaging behaviour

• 6 months of inactivity

Upon termination, the Affiliate must stop using all affiliate links, codes, and Company assets.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
The Affiliate agrees to keep all non‑public information confidential and comply with applicable data protection laws. The Affiliate must not collect customer data on behalf of the Company.
9. Amendments
The Company may update this Agreement at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
10. Acceptance
By signing or enrolling digitally, the Affiliate confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
